Role: Deskside Support Engineer
Location: Leicester/Northampton
Type of role: Contract
Daily Rate: £114.47
Duration: 5 Days
My Client is looking for an Deskside Support Engineer to be based in Leicester and Northampton for a 2 Week contract, to help with the installation and depoloyment of IP Phones.
Knowledge and Key Skills
- Experience in the desktop environment
- Expierence of handset installation and deployment
- Windows desktop operating systems
- Windows Server Operating System and the ability to perform domain related administrative tasks
- Understanding and knowledge of LAN environments
- Knowledge of LAN based E-mail systems (eg, Outlook, MS Exchange).
- Troubleshooting and analysis of network system devices and PC network hardware and client software.
