Description
An experienced Application Packager with current SC clearance is required for an initial 6 month contract to be based in Barrow in Furness. The role offers 2 days remote working with 3 days on site and expenses to be covered.
As an Application Packager you will be responsible for the creation of application packages for deployment through SCCM, maintaining application packaging and deployment documentation and creating SCCM deployment applications and deployments.
You will also provide application deployment suppor, ensure QA/testing procedures are supported and provide technical input into project teams for client application creation and deployment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive MSI Application packaging experience
- Strong experience with SCCM 2012
- Strong experience of powershell Scripting
- Strong experience of Windows 7/Windows 10
- Knowledge of Flexera Admin Studio
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed
- Experience within ITIL v3 framework delivered managed service
- Excellent documentation skills
- SC clearance (UK Nationality)

- Experience with App-V packaging
- Experience with packaging for Citrix published applications
