Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Scala Developer to join an organisation based in Newcastle for an initial 6 month contract.
Responsibilities
The company itself works with a range of clients in the public and private sector and you will be working in an agile team. This particular position will primarily work on-site at one of its clients working on a range of projects, though primarily this will consist of a Digital Transformation.
Essential skills include experience with:
- Scala (ideally 2.11 or higher)
- SBT
Desirable skills:
- Play Framework
- ScalaTest or Specs2
- Akka
- Ivy
