For one of the largest companies, I am looking for 'O365 Support Technician' for a 6-12 month project in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
The ideal 'O365 Support Technician' will need to have the following experience
Must-have Skills:
- Provide support for migrated users less than 2 weeks
- Troubleshoot migrated users issues.
- Outlook reconfiguration
- Profile reconfiguration
- Autodiscover configuration check
- Office 365 Login issues.
- Assisting users on Outlook user interfaces. (Calander/Task/Meeting Schudling )
- Installing required authorized plugins
