Description

An exciting opportunity for a client services analyst (L2) to join a well-established global engineering and construction firm based in Leeds on an initial 6-month contract. You will be required to provide front-line support to all staff on various technical issues and needs relating to hardware, software, peripherals and services. This role is customer service-oriented, focused on being proactive in anticipating and resolving technology issues and requirements staff may experience within the organisation. You will be a pivotal member of the team who can deal with a high pressured, fast paced environment.

Technical Skills required:

  • Personal Computing (HP, Macintosh, etc.).
  • Mobile Computing (iPhone, iPad, Samsung etc. as outlined by office/regional policy.
  • Microsoft Windows Operating System, Macintosh OSx (limited).
  • Microsoft Office 365 and associated services (ie OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business, etc.). Video Conferencing hardware/software based on global standards. Office Printers/Copiers as outlined by office/regional policy.
