Head of CRM - Birmingham - Fashion - 3-month contractHead of CRM is required by my client - a fashion brand based in Birmingham to join their team on a 3-month contract basis.
The Head of CRM will work within the Marketing team and alongside the Relationship Director to help shape the CRM strategy.
The Head of CRM will be accountable for maximising value generated via CRM activities and should possess proven experience in transforming workplace activities to optimise overall efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities of the Head of CRM:
- Ensure prompt delivery of all customer communications activity
- Responsible for the delivery of highly targeted CRM Campaigns
- Understand how CRM can add value across the business
- Work with the Head of Loyalty to help drive strategy and tactics of customer growth, retention and engagement
- Continual reviewal of CRM channels that drive engagement and conversations
- Management of third-party CRM suppliers
- Strong experience in a senior managerial role
- Excellent cross-channel experience
- Proven track record as a commercial leader
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong CRM background
- Understand how to maximise output and build teams
