Job Title: Senior Change Manager
Location: Sant Cugat, Spain (Barcelona, Area Spain)

Scope:
The selected candidate will provide support shaping the change management strategy and creating the Change management plan. Some of the tasks will be:
• The initial definition of program set up and key activities, milestones, success factors, stakeholders to be aligned and first wave of implementation activities.
• Define change management plan and kick off implementation.
• Identify possible implementation challenges and mitigating actions.
• Support the facilitation of kick off workshops with key stakeholder groups for the key countries and functions.
• Drive thematic workshops for particular topics that need to be analyzed and resolved.
• Provide expert knowledge on Total Workforce Management, including case studies and benchmarks.
• Overall support on program management and change management activities.
Deliverables:
• Designed change management plan in line with stakeholder needs.
• Develop change management roadmap including key milestones.
Required SKills:
• Experience in Contingency Workforce change Management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of change management and/or leadership experience, especially in projects with significant systems component.
• Background in change management including methodology, tools, communications, engagement, project management and behavioural change.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to influence people and long term relationship building.
• Conflict resolution, Flexibility and Resilience.
