RF Engineer - 60 - 80 EUR/hr *ASAP Start* - Brussels, Belgium - 1 Year

If you are interested in Radio Frequency technologies and are constantly wanting to learn more then look no further!

The RF Engineer will be part of the Radio Access Team. This person will be responsible for the migration of radio frequency interference in cellular networks. This person should also be experienced and possess an advanced knowledge in radio frequency technology, radio propagation, and cellular technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform RF Interference Hunting operations

* Perform Passive Intermodulation (PIM) tests and repairs at base stations

* Identify source of radio frequency interference

* Operate and maintain your measurement instruments, tools, and vehicle used for testing

* Identify and plan routes in concert with Interference Hunting Management

* Work closely with senior engineers at the nation's biggest carriers to solve interference issues

* Develop visually compelling presentations of your results

* Report project status, action items and next planned steps on a regular basis

What You Have:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent

* Proficient with a spectrum analyzer, and PIM test tools

* Advanced knowledge of RF technology, radio propagation, and cellular technologies.

* Experience in the physical setup of cellular base stations

* Proficient in computer applications including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing

* Must be technically sound, detail oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
