eCom Engagement Specialist
Location: Manchester (Salford)
Contract: Mat Cover (Initial 9 Months)
Rate: £PH
Summary
I am looking for an experienced Ecommerce Engagement Specialist, this role is key to driving engagement on the B2B eCom platform, working for my clients global manufacturing, B2B organisation.
Key Responsibilities include;
*Drive engagement on the customer portal with customers, internal and external stakeholders.
*Local (On site) expert, with direct contact to internal customer facing teams
*Consult businesses to define target segments and implement conversion strategies register and engage customers
*Familiarize with new releases
*Support Area strategies:
*Execute Regional training plan for both external and internal target audiences
*Execute Regional eCom conversion plan - leveraging the Area priorities and CS differentiation activities
*Execute Regional communication and campaign planning to all stakeholders
*Local language validation activities (excluding GPIM content)
*Escalation of issues and business/customer feedback to the Regional eCom Leader
Key Requirements/Experience
*Online marketing, eCommerce or business background
*Internet affinity and strong know how for digitization trends
*Project management experience
*Strong written and communication skills
*Strong Analytical background
*Salesforce
*Strong influencing skills
*Background in integrated campaign management
