Description
Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Johnstone, are currently looking to recruit an Ivanti Specialist for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £/day (outside of IR35).
The Role:
To facilitate the imminent implementation of Ivanti Service Manager (and its associated services) within the organisation - supporting final configuration, testing, deployment and post-implementation support in conjunction with existing teams.
Requirements:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Ivanti Service Manager, Service Desk and associated modules/services to consultant level
- Previous Ivanti Service Manager technical implementation experience
- Understanding of business needs and all major ITSM focuses (ie Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Knowledge and Service Catalogue)
- ITIL v3 Practitioner certification
- Pro-active, motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Structured and logical approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences, including knowledge-share to BAU teams post-implementation
- Ability to manage large workloads to tight timelines
- Evaluate requirements and turn them into deliverables
- Excellent attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
- Multiple Ivanti Service Manager/HEAT/LANDesk implementations desirable
- ITIL v3 Intermediate or Expert certification or ITIL v4 desirable
