Learning & Development consultant (Dutch Speaker) - We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development consultant to join one Europe's largest and fastest growing clients in a progressive and innovative international team on a 6 months contract in Utrecht.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
The global learning and development team of one of our financial clients looks for a learning & development consultant with experience in learning technology and digital learning solutions.
You will advice on development and usage of learning technologies and tools. You will also work on the implementation of a global learning portfolio. You keep the overview of what is available within the company and makes sure one can use it. In addition, you advice our client in what steps to take and work on project documents.
* Experience in design and development of (digital) learning solutions
* Experience with design and/or implementation of high-end digital learning platforms.
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong planning skills.
* Consultancy skills and can write proposals/approaches for short- and long term.
* Is pro-active and a self-starter
* Has the latest learning (technology) trends on top of mind.
