Description
F5 Consultant - BIG-IP ASM, LTM, APM
My client, a leading international organisation, are looking for an experienced F5 Consultant to join the team for an initial 6 month contract, the programme of work is expected to last 4 years.
Required experience:
- Support acquisition, installation, maintenance, and administration of large enterprise F5 environment.
- Design new F5 infrastructure with company constraints
- Migrate F5 from some devices to others F5
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis and identify F5 related problems
- Configure F5 load balancing to Servers and provide system security and access
- Analyze F5 performance and identify bottlenecks or slowdowns and take appropriate action to resolve
- Plan, coordinate and upgrade components of the F5 as needed with software, hardware and patches. Work with vendors as needed in this proces
- Participate on engineering efforts, technical challenges and breakthroughs
- Work with vendors and team members to troubleshoot issues related to the operations (Problem management)
Mandatory Technical Experience:
- F5 BIG-IP Administering
- F5 BIG-IP LTM: Local Traffic Manager
- F5 BIG-IP APM: Access Policy Manager
- HTTP Messages
- Scripting skills (TCL ...)
Nice to have:
- F5 BIG-IP ASM: Application Security Manager
- F5 BIG-IP Virtualization vCMP
- F5 BIG-IP Migration between devices
- Exchange 2016 is an advantage
- SharePoint 2016 is an advantage
