Commercial Building Surveyor Required - East Midlands - 6 months - £NEG
My Local Authority client based in the East Midlands is seeking a Building Surveyor with a Commercial background to work across multiple Council owned commercial assets.
Requirements include:
-(MRICS/CIOB - Desirable).
-Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience.
-Ability to engage with stakeholders.
-Experience in Dilapidations, Project Management, Contract Administration and condition surveys of commercial buildings.
-Experience with Local Authority would be advantageous.
-Strong communication and technical writing skills.
-Full UK Drivers License.
