The role is to manage the contract and relationships with external partners at an operational level.

Major Telecoms company based in Brussels have an immediate requirement for a Technology Partner Management Expert to manage all aspects of the relationships with techhnological external providers that have been selected to provide Network and IT Servcies.
You will act as the preferred contact person for the internal organization, cooperating within the scope of the outsourcing deal and its related changes,

Partner management

Budget responsibility
Performance Management
Manages escalation between supplier and organization
Support the definition and reviews annually
KPI definition & negotiation
KPI and Financial management
internal operational management & middle management level within IT & Network liaison
Proven experience of managing a third party outsource provider in a telcommunications environment
Network Optimization, performance, GSM, UMTS, LTE, IOT.Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson
LAnguages: English, French & Dutch preferred.
