Lorien are working closely with a Glasgow based banking client, who are currently on the lookout for a Service & Release Analyst to join a key team in the organisation.
The role:
We are looking for a Service & Release Analyst to provide governance and assurance for multiple projects within the bank. In this role you will review release notes and provide quality assurance checks on deployments. A key part of your day to day tasks will be managing multiple stakeholder teams throughout technical implementations, while also keeping up to date with information for Senior Management.
About you:
You will have an eye for detail and previous experience reviewing release notes, working closely with different projects all feeding into a central team where this role will sit. Excellent stakeholder management is a must. Knowledge of the test environment and working with or alongside test teams would be a massive benefit. Exposure to ServiceNow would also be advantageous. Experience of working in banking/financial services is advantageous but not essential.
