TEST Manager (Dutch and French Speaker)
We are currently looking for a Test Manager to work for one of our large clients within the Insurance sector. Technical experience required: Minimum 3 years of experience as Test Manager, 5 years of experience as Senior Tester, V model knowledge and experience, past experiences in Finance (mandatory) and in Insurance (preferable), good passive knowledge in modelling applications and processes, Functional analysis, good knowledge and experience in test process & methodology, Setting up test strategies of projects, data and environment preparation. You should have good knowledge and experience in test process & methodology and Setting up test strategies of projects. Data and environment preparation experience.
You should also have experience of T-Map, ISTQB, Prince2 and MS Office Tools. It is preferred to have experience with the following but not mandatory ITIL, Cobol, DB2, SQL, .Net, Business Intelligence and HP ALM (Quality Center) & UFT (QTP) tools
Level of education required is a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Sciences or quantitatively oriented master's degree or equivalent by experience.
You should be capable of working autonomously and in a team, have excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills be dynamic, pragmatic, diplomatic and have a methodical, structured and pro-active
Must speak Dutch and French
