Sitecore Developer - Sitecore/C#/.Net/MVC/Agile
Fantastic opportunity for a Sitecore Developer to join one of our clients in Birmingham City Centre (walking distance from the train stations) on an exciting project for an initial 6 month contract. As the Sitecore Developer you will be working closely with the Development Manager and the development team specialising in Sitecore development.
- Proven experience of Sitecore Development, using Helix principles.
- Extensive knowledge of GlassMapper, Unicorn, Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA)
- Understanding of Sitecore Marketing and Personalisation features
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, MVC
- Knowledge and proven experience of JavaScript, CSS, SASS, jQuery, React, HTML5, Webpack, Bootstrap
- Good understanding of SOLID principles
- Proven ability to deliver a wide range of projects, large and small
- Knowledge of Test Driven Development and an awareness of test automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of software development practices, processes and theories, especially around Agile Development Principles
- Experience of DevOps, with continuous development and continuous integration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Willingness to also work on projects using technologies with which you may not be familiar with
