Description
The Integration Consultant focuses on providing support for potential/actual transactions and assists clients in all operational integration aspects of the transaction, pre and post completion, including:
- Buy side operational/integration due diligence
- Synergy development and review
- Mergers & Acquisitions Integration
- Post-acquisition performance improvement
Essential skills and experience:
- Held a professional services role or an operational line management role with experience in Post-Merger Integration
- Experience in M&A synergy, integration and/or change projects, restructuring, business improvement
- Governance role who will work with the CIO and help to address PMI activities.
- Experience running parts or whole transactions, ideally from an integration perspective
- Experience of leading operational performance and delivering change, sourcing and supplier management
- Professional services experience, either as a consultant/advisor or as an internal consultant/advisor within a co develops a rapid understanding of the target/client business in order to quickly assimilate the key operational issues, synergies, risks and upsides around an integration.
Desirable skills and experience:
- MBA or Accounting qualification/Information Technology/Computer Science
- Professional services experience, either as a consultant/advisor or as an internal consultant/advisor within a corporate
- Commercial exposure in negotiation and consultation
- Comfort around high level financial analysis and understanding of the key operational drivers
