Description

The Integration Consultant focuses on providing support for potential/actual transactions and assists clients in all operational integration aspects of the transaction, pre and post completion, including:

    • Buy side operational/integration due diligence
    • Synergy development and review
    • Mergers & Acquisitions Integration
    • Post-acquisition performance improvement

Essential skills and experience:

    • Held a professional services role or an operational line management role with experience in Post-Merger Integration
    • Experience in M&A synergy, integration and/or change projects, restructuring, business improvement
    • Governance role who will work with the CIO and help to address PMI activities.
    • Experience running parts or whole transactions, ideally from an integration perspective
    • Experience of leading operational performance and delivering change, sourcing and supplier management
    • Professional services experience, either as a consultant/advisor or as an internal consultant/advisor within a co develops a rapid understanding of the target/client business in order to quickly assimilate the key operational issues, synergies, risks and upsides around an integration.

Desirable skills and experience:

    • MBA or Accounting qualification/Information Technology/Computer Science
    • Professional services experience, either as a consultant/advisor or as an internal consultant/advisor within a corporate
    • Commercial exposure in negotiation and consultation
    • Comfort around high level financial analysis and understanding of the key operational drivers
