Overview
The help portal will serve as a Front End interface to navigate and find information and links to all existing websites such as interoperability DB and FAQ DB.
In this role you will be involved in creating a Front End application for customers and Back End for authors, which means you will be expected to do the following:
- Create a customer-facing, high-traffic, responsive website that function seamlessly across mobile, desktop and tablet environments with excellent built-in searching capabilities and RSS.
- Build a site that is easily searchable from popular search engines - The title tags, heading tags and keywords should be in perfect working order
- Ensure that the site meets all visual, functional specifications, accessibility requirements.
- Make sure the new website seamlessly integrates with the existing documentation sites and knowledge bases.
- Create a CSS for the help portal that reflects Cisco branding.
- Create and maintain visual elements needed for the help portal.
