DevOps Engineer - Active Security Clearance - AWS - Docker - Kubernetes - Remote Working X2 days
We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a massive Global Consultancy who require a DevOps Engineer for one of their Public sector Clients. This will be a 3-month contract based in London.
* Detailed knowledge of infrastructure on EC2 and associate AWS offerings
* Kubernetes Cluster Administration
* IaC expertise in Terraform and Ansible
* Comfortable on the main Linux distros as well as solid understanding of Containerization (Docker) technologies
* Working within an agile context with the use of CI
* Articulate a logical design, and understand how this translates to physical infrastructure
* Experience with defining and working with the constraint of NFRs such as cost, scalability, availability
* The must have skills will determine how well they will be able to integrate into our way of working and
* The principals we use when making strategic and long-term decisions.
* K8s ecosystem knowledge of cutting-edge tools such as Flux, Istio, Helm
* Aware of modern Security Principles: Network policies, Security groups, ACLs, RBAC
* Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, etc)
* Hashicorp tools (Packer and Vault)
* Knowledge and exposure to CI systems other than Jenkins. (Concourse, Drone, Circle, etc.)
