They deliver critical data, information, workflow solutions, and deep domain and their solutions cove: scientific and academic research; patent analytics and regulatory standards; pharmaceutical and biotech intelligence; trademark, domain and brand protection.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Recruitment Consultant) to join their team on an initial 6 month contact basis, to assist with the hiring for their site in Chandler, Arizona.
Main Purpose of Role
Act as single point of contact for the Business HR and Leadership team.
Hands-on ownership of up to 20 permanent roles at any one time
Provide strategic guidance to Hiring Managers on the portfolio and go to market direction.
Champion and educate our client's hiring process.
Develop the Talent Pipeline strategy in collaboration with key leadership.
Provide operational guidance and support.
Own the recruitment process from Intake session to Offer, including interview scheduling
Requirements
5+ years of working in Talent Acquisition Corporate role
Experience of hiring Sales & Customer Support roles from entry level to VP
Some experience working in a global environment with responsibilities that spans multiple countries
Proven direct souring experience, using tools such as LinkedIn & Entelo
Proven engagement level expertise with key leadership to include VP level staff
Ability to prioritise for business impact
BA/BS preferred (not essential)
