Description
Alexander Ash are currently working with a consultancy who are working with a private banking company in need of a ServiceNow Developer on a contract basis.
They are currently running a Service Now project within wholesale banking, with the aim of moving off email and onto ServiceNow for their Operations team. The project has thus far delivered a Back End solution, which includes a custom built app. Their current process is still email based with internal and external clients continuing to use email to contact the team, the emails are then processed by ServiceNow and managed by the team as Cases.
The next phase of the project is to introduce a portal and remove email for their internal clients.
They need a consultant with experience in building ServiceNow portals, to assist in achieving this goal
In addition to the above we they also have a couple of issues with ServiceNow process that they would like assistance with solving, this includes management of chain emails eg where inbound emails create further back and forth with external clients.
