SmartSourcing PLC are looking for a CRM Developer to work for a large government clientExtensive and recent experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE online with full life cycle experience from initial engagement through to implementation.
Motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment with experience in agile deliveries and tight timescales across multiple projects.
Driven person with a passion for technology and keeps abreast of product developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform (Flow, PowerBI).
Demonstratable experience of software development using Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript and SQL.
Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 CE.
Dynamics 365 CE portal development experience would be advantageous.
Experience of SharePoint and the integration of SharePoint with Dynamics 365 CE would be advantageous.
Be well versed in different testing methodologies, tools and techniques.
Practical experience of data migration using tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe.
Practical experience of report design and development using tools such as SSRS and PowerBI.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, for example OpenID, OAuth, SAML.
Knowledge of UML (primarily sequence, class and component diagrams) and ArchiMate desirable.
Ensure delivery artefacts, knowledge and information is adequately stored and appropriately shared
Proficient with DevOps principles and practices and have experience of applying Azure DevOps to Dynamics 365 CE deployments.
Advise on future technology adoptions and guide the customer and other consultants to adhere to best practices for CRM deployments (process, data and architecture).
Experience in a client-facing role; liaising with clients at all levels within an organisation and participating in requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
Alignment with GDS design principles and digital by default service standard.
The role will be primarily based in Coventry with some travel expected to sites within England.
Knowledge technical expertise in transactional digital public service would be highly desirable.
