Facilities Transition Manager - Separation/Process - Winchester

My client, a leading infrastructure provider, are looking for a Facilities Transition Manager to join their team and lead the tenanting (both complete and partial) across 6 sites, engaging actively with stakeholders, tendering separation works and making/documenting process and policy change. This is an exciting opportunity to join this company as the transition is due to begin.

This role is for someone to be hands-on and 'on the ground', being a central part of the transition taking place rather than an overall strategist.

Purpose of Role

  • Lead the physical separation and re-space planning
  • Selecting appropriate contractors
  • Making changes for the QFM database
  • Setting up service charge/TSA financials

You will have...

  • A strong understanding of both electric and mechanic installation in a corporate and data centre environment
  • An understanding of workplace SHE requirements (IOSH/NEBOSH qualification)
  • Service change management experience
