Job Title: AS400 Engineer

Position type: 6 - 12 Months of contract

Location: Utrecht, The Netherlands

Dutch speaking is mandatory

Description of project:

Migrate codes from AS400 to GCP. It will be converting Cobol code to Java. In GCP, the Back End will run on NodeJS. DB2 at AS400 will be migrated to

  • Strong experience with Systems programming on the IBM AS400.
  • Three (3) years of experience the following areas:

- Installing upgrades to the AS400 Operating System.

- Developing, coding, testing, and implementing programs that relate to IBM iSeries System Administration.

- Proficiency in AS400 CL, SQL, and Cobol.

  • Experience with application Modernization to:

- Java

- to

- Spring

- NodeJS

- WebTechnologies
