Lead User Researcher (outside IR35)
Urgent contract for A Lead User Researcher with experience in the Education Sector ideally.
A User Research specialist with senior experience who can work as a part of a strategic team in a collaborative way
Experience needed -
Is a strategic thinker who can look at the bigger picture
Can synthesise existing User Research and research work
Can present findings in a simple user-centred way
Can set up and run any primary User Research with teachers (eg. ethnographic, interviews) or recommend other ways to answer questions
Can lead on what the User Research approach should be
Can lead conversations on User Research with our stakeholders at a mixture of levels
Can lead identifying the qualities of our users from primary and secondary research. Eg. personas, mindsets, behaviours, user types, life moments, triggers
Works in a digital agile way and is familiar with the GDS gov approach
Initial 6 month contract with likely extension.
