Currently recruiting an experienced AV Engineer to join an established team and deliver AV installations to our customer base.
Role and Responsibilities:
Have a good understanding of Audio Visual, be able to translate from technical drawings to full size meeting rooms.
Be competent on installing a wide range of hardware
To be able to work on solutions as they arise without affecting the final design/programme of works and time restraints
Be able to terminate a wide spectrum of AV connectors and have the ability to make adapter cables.
The engineer should be able to read a statement of works and asses the requirements within the document ie Cab Con, resource, timelines, and keep within quoted budgets and plan the project prior to commencement
To carry out site surveys and have an understanding of the clients criteria and communicate this with in the relevant documentation and drawings within the same document using Visio
Be able to carry out the relevant inventory to run and supervise a site to SSSTS standards and communicate to their team toolbox talks act on problem areas to assure the team is safe at all times and the project is being run in line with the RAMS documentation and are being managed with in H&S legislation
Skills, knowledge and experience:
A valid CSCS card or ECS Card
Hold a PASMA or IPAF Card
First aid training
Asbestos awareness
Manual handling
