Call Center Support Consultant

We have an immediate need for a Customer Support Consultant to work within a call center for a leading company in the Cumberland area!

We are seeking high-energy and self-motivated individual interested in supporting enterprise hardware and software applications. You will be responsible to respond to incoming customer calls and troubleshoot customer concerns. You will be responsible for logging each call and researching how to resolve customer issues or will escalate issues to the appropriate teams.

R EQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Associates degree or higher required
  • 1+ years of experience in client management or a product support role
  • Ability to work any shift (1st-3rd) and weekends as needed.
  • Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Internet navigation, and experience using a customer relationship management system a plus
  • Must possess excellent customer service, PC, and software skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of customer support/call center experience
