for an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for aTest Lead Financial Services
Start: a.s.a.p. / Duration: 6-12 months / Location: Madrid / ProjectID: 4269
Our customer is a renowned financial service provider within a leading global player in the international automotive industry with billions of turnover. The Test Lead is responsible for writing the test workstream plan and work with business and Key Users. Planning KUVT, SIT and UAT.
Your tasks:
o Write the test workstream plan with assistance from client business unit
o Take the existing structure of JIRA and restructure for Spain together with business
o Ensure that EPICs, stories/variations are agreed and linked to relevant Requirements
o Work with business to ensure that enough testing documentation/user guides are written during sprints and available for Key User Verification Testing
o Report on test case building process to project managers
o Report on test status during Key User Verification Testing
o Assist in recording test results and defects in JIRA from the team
o Plan Key User Verification Test, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
o Ensure all test examples are shown during Handover from core system vendor
Your skills:
o 5 and more years test lead experience ideally with financial industry experience
o Proven E2E testing experience and ISTQ Foundation or Advanced Certified
o Working knowledge on the HP toolset
o Intercultural cooperation and excellent communication skills
o Demonstrated ability to lead team of professional testers and establishment of Automated Test Framework
o Moderate knowledge of SQL and RDBMS and demonstrated proficiency in supporting business process improvement activities
o Self-confident personality and solution-oriented working style with a lot of initiative, analytical thinking, a quick comprehension and problem solving attitude
o Communicative team player with hands-on mentality and assertiveness
o Very good English knowledge must-have, very good Spanish knowledge
