Description
My client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3 month contract with likely extension/perm opportunity.
You will be required to handle large volumes of calls to resolve IT related queries, being part of a highly customer focused 24 x 7 Service desk and ensure key customer service and support is delivered effectively and efficiently.
The role will involve:
*Resolving technical issues, some of which may be complex, associated with desktop hardware and software.
*Being responsible for ensuring high quality customer services to the internal user base.
*Ensuring all updates are recorded and uploaded onto the ITSM Toolset in a timely manner
*Escalating any potential service issues or outages to minimise the impact on the customer
Essential Skills Required
*Knowledge of the following technical areas:
oWindows 7 & Windows 10
oDesktop application software
oOffice 365
oDesktop diagnosis utilities
oDesktop security software
oServer hardware and infrastructure
oDesktop computing and associated peripheral devices
oMobile devices and tablets
oWorking knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers
For this role I am able to offer a rate of up to £12-14 per hour.
