The key skills Need to be technical and should have the certifications
- Good experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Communities Cloud.
- Demonstrable work & technical experience
- Relevant Salesforce Certification; minimum Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Developer Certifications held
- Salesforce Marketing cloud or Service cloud expert - should have good number of years hands-on exp.
- Strong communication
- Stakeholder management - leading a small team - coordinate with offshore team, customers and any other stakeholders.
Leading 20% and development is 80%
The Position:
- Interact with business users across all levels of the organisation leading workshops & discovery phases.
- Validate User story solutions.
- Overseeing system builds & best practice coding.
- Supporting test, deployments, global and internal releases.
- Facilitation or co-facilitate large cross-functional meetings, to understand the requirements of the business.
- Lead sprints & PMO SFDC tool management.
- Helping others to develop their system and delivery knowledge across the project.
- Working with the business to ensure that optimal solutions for requirements are understood and achieved eg most appropriate solution may be process change rather than configuration or coding
Requirements: a strong understanding and experience of;
- intermediate and advanced build tasks.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate, track & document issues.
- Create and customise standard and custom objects including fields (including formula fields), page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules.
- Customisations of reports, dashboards, workflows, process builder, flows, approval processes, outbound messages.
- Implementation of key business processes in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Communities Cloud.
- Monitor and improve data quality, integrity and user adoption.
- Establish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups for example.
- Oversee data loads and data quality reviews with the Business Intelligence teams.
- Best practice understanding on coding standards, governance & deployments including environment management.
- High level understanding of integrations and integration patterns.
- Security by design to ensure the safeguarding & integrity of all systems and platforms.
- Good experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Communities Cloud.
- Demonstrable work & technical experience
- Relevant Salesforce Certification; minimum Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Developer Certifications held.
Desirable:
- Experience with a range of software delivery methodologies eg Waterfall, agile.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead a team, & self-starter mindset.
- Planning & estimating time & deliverables for the team members. Tracking to completion & flexibility to re-prioritise if and when necessary.
- Highlighting & managing risks and issues through to mitigation.
- Understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server and data integration tools.
- Best practice understanding on coding standards, governance, deployment, Integrations, security implementations.
