Job Title: Operator/Analyst

Role Overview: Intelligent Resource is currently recruiting for Operator join one of their key project teams in Salisbury.
On client's instructions, due to the urgency, nature and length of the assignment, the successful candidate must have current security clearance (SC Clearance) to a high level.
Role Overview
This is more of a facilitator role in order to help with the day-to-day running of Bridge Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring of batch, calling support and logging details as appropriate.
- Monitoring systems and highlighting anomalies to more senior staff.
- Answering incoming calls, taking necessary details and ensuring the call is dealt with.
- Performing checklists and ensuring that problems highlighted are followed up.
- Ensure area is tidy.
- Pick and box cartridges for dispatch to offsite storage.
- Unpack and rack returned offsite storage cartridges.
- Monitoring the Incident Management Systems.
