Keen on all EU nations or residents from UK, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, Italy, Czech republic, Bulgaria, Romania. Hungary.
Key skills SAP SD, SAP CX or SAP CRM All levels - ideally min 2 years configuration up to expert.
Support, upgrade and Implementation contracts - 12months+ (45 month programme)
Major client looking for SAP consultants with SAP CRM and SD skills ideally or SAP CRM with some SD and vice versa SAP SD with some CRM. The key areas are Sales and marketing within both SD and CRM
Configuration and implementation of SAP SD and CRM including providing functional, delivery, configuration. Providing 3rd level support for CX/CRM/SD, integrations, reports. Analyse functional incidents and ticket requests.
Dealing with complex and variable business requirements.
Stakeholder management, problem resolution
Configuration and customisation SD & CX CRM - focus around sales and marketing
Root problem analysis fix and document.
Start of support with opportunity to progress to upgrades and project implantation once you're able to demonstrate strong knowledge of the system.
