SC Cleared Windows Systems Engineers/Administrators
NB: Full and valid SC clearance is required for this role!
Our client is looking for 3 seasoned Windows System Engineers, to help manage their IT platforms and applications, for an incredible 12 month contract. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to develop their skills on a portfolio of technologies and work on critical infrastructure assignments, including cyber security projects and patch automation.
What the role entails:
Building platforms for introduction into operational use
Manage process and undertake various practices to support operational platforms
Design procedures for automating support for Windows systems
Aid cyber security activities within teams
Working on desktop operating systems both physical and virtual platform, application packaging and patching, Office 365 administration, Exchange email services, Citrix virtualisation application, Web Servers, Active Directory and database Servers
To be considered for the role, you will require the following:
FULL SC clearance
Extensive experience managing Windows systems and willingness to further enhance skills
Enthusiasm towards solving abstract IT problems
Structured approach to work
Good communications skills
Excellent Team working skills
Desirable attributes would include:
Knowledge of: Active Directory, Citrix Xenapp, MS SQL Server, MS Systems Centre Suite, IIS
Have knowledge of information systems related standards such as ITIL
Automation of support services
