I am currently looking for a APM Senior Consultant for a role based in London.
The APM Consultant is expected to have a focus expertise in performance monitoring solutions
Please find below a non-exhaustive list of task for the role.
- Advanced technology consulting abilities, including those to recognize, assess and map customer business needs to technology solutions, and providing technical advice to customers as required.
- Positions, scopes, and delivers high quality and valuable technical consulting and service
engagements Initiates and owns the commercial customer relationship when it comes to consulting services, including the consulting engagement strategy, and defining the level of effort related to design, delivery, and reporting deliverables. - Stays abreast of new technology, capabilities, and acquiring any specializations or certifications relevant to his/her domain of expertise
- Builds a rapport with customers that enables oneself as a recognized technical authority or specialist of his/her domain

- End User Experience Monitoring (eg Riverbed Aternity)
- Network Performance Monitoring (eg ThousandEyes, LiveAction, Riverbed NetProfiler/
AppResponse, InfoVista, AppNeta, Solarwinds, etc.) - Application Performance Monitoring (eg Riverbed AppInternals, AppDynamics, Dynatrace)
UC Monitoring (eg IR Prognosis, Unify Square) - Synthetic monitoring (eg Witbe, Riverbed NetIM, Dynatrace)
- Application load testing (eg LoadRunner, NeoLoad)
- End user IT Operation Analytics (eg Nexthink)
- Big Data IT Operation Analytics tools (Splunk, Elastic Search)
- Riverbed Transaction Analyser and Network Planner
- Wireshark
- Scripting/programming skills
