Description
Our client are a leading international technology business with a presence in Gloucester. There is an immediate requirement for a Senior accountant on a contract basis.
Role
- Day to day accounting function (statements, audit reporting, controls)
- Ensure activities are delivered on time and on quality
- Review subsidiary accounts for GAAP compliance
- Assist with tax returns
- Review and improve current processes
We are looking for a qualified account with large company experience including:
Requirements
- Relevant qualification eg ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, ICAS or equivalent
- Experience working in a technical environment preferred but not essential
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Ability to mentor and lead junior accountants
