A leading broadcaster is looking for a software developer with experience in HTML/CSS. Details: We will be building out a set of prototypes that help demonstrate potential within the Data Economy. So if you like to investigate the latest technology trends and turn them into working prototypes whiles keeping in mind how these could scale to large scale production systems we would love to hear from you!
Your main Responsibilities. Work with project, product & technical leads to design software.. Develop effective software that meets given specifications.. Ensure team's software works in the operating environment.. Participate in and help improve the team's software development methodologies, such as pairing, code reviewing, agile process and continuous delivery.. Learn new technologies in relation to Personal Data/DataEconomy and keep abreast of existing technologies and help introduce them where appropriate. We would like you to have experience of. Writing and maintaining large scale robust production software.. TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.JS and React.. SASS, CSSand HTML to translate wireframes into working prototypes.. One or more mainstream development & deployment tool chains.(IDE,CI).(VSCode,GitHub, GoCD).. Web architecture & key technologies(HTTP,DNS, distributed design).. Test driven development.. Project working and professional software development processes including Agile.. RDF and Linked Data. Translating product requirements into technical solutions.
