IBM/TM1 Developer

Up to £695 per day
6 months initially
IBM/TM1 Developer required with experience of developing IBM Planning Analytics solutions. The successful IBM Planning Analytics Consultant will be a technical expert but will also partner with the business, gather requirements, participate in workshops to support the application design and support training and skills development across the team.
Key skills required:
* Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar end user position or consulting role
* Must have a strong development and modelling background using Cognos TM1/IBM Planning Analytics including expertise in all aspects of Rules, Feeders and TI processes
* Ideally knowledge of financial reporting, controlling and accounting
* Advanced Excel skills are required
* Must have fluent English
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
* Develop the IBM Planning Analytics system and enhance the business models
* Manage the product life cycle including further implementations and upgrades
* Take a leading role in projects related to IBM Planning Analytics
* Support the user community with any IBM Planning Analytics related issues
* Review, develop and quality control all financial reports, reporting solutions
* Carry out continual improvement assessments and complete any change requests to improve application performance
* Testing all new changes and improvements
* Work with testing team to support defect resolution as part of Functional Testing and UAT
* Support with the development and delivery of training
* Coordinate with wider IT teams with server and hardware configuration install needs
Desirable:
* Experience working in the Public Sector and SC clearance
