PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a good end professional Service Desk Analyst to join our team and support one of our clients in Leeds

We are looking for professionals to come in, do the job, look to improve how things are being done and set the benchmark in top quality performance to their peers.

We want to see someone who is driven and focussed and has the determination to succeed and someone who strives to be the best performer in the team.

The role will entail working amongst a mid-sized team supporting global offices remotely via telephone, email and web based products. The role will require someone with top quality communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills.

Mon-Fri - 9 hour day (1 hour lunch, 8 working hours) between 8am and 6pm

A CURRENT/VALID DBS CLEARANCE IS ESSENTIAL

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

1. Minimum of 9 months - 1 year Service Desk experience (PLUS CURRENT/VALID DBS CLEARANCE)

2. Windows experience, W7/W10

3. Office 365

4. Active Directory

5. Call logging experience within a recognised ITSM Toolset

6. Call handling experience

7. End to end call management experience

8. Experience in working to aggressive KPIs

9. Reliability and good punctuality skills are absolutely essential.
