3 x Investigations Team Administrators/Investigations Analysts - Education

We are looking for three investigations analysts to join the Education team who review for any malpractice from the centres conducting the exams globally.
They are looking for someone analytical and ideally from an investigations background, the role will initially involve data entry and updating case files. Interview process will be 1 stage (telephone), with the look for the workers to start ASAP.
They currently have a large number of cases they need to clear before the April exams get under way.
Description/Comment:
- Performs broad, varied administrative duties and other responsibilities for a department or function. Prepares correspondence, reports and conducts special projects as directed. May coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations, travel arrangements and perform other administrative work. Uses a personal computer and is proficient in the use of more than one software package including spreadsheets, graphics, presentation, word processing, etc. May compose correspondence of a routine nature.
- The Investigations team conducts investigations into potential malpractice and breaches of security in the delivery of our education client's qualifications. Currently we are in the summer examination series where we have a high volume of cases relating to GCSEs and A Levels.
