Build Manager
12 Month Contract, Start ASAP
Reading, Berkshire
Build Manager - this is an urgent requirement for an experienced Mobile Telecoms Build Manager to join a rapidly growing Mobile Telecoms company in central Reading. As Build Manager you will be responsible fordelivering network upgrade projects to time, cost and quality.
- Work within small team directly managing SWC Suppliers to deliver end to end site passive infrastructure (Design, Acquisition and Build)
- Work with Senior Deployment Manager to define site level project scope, manage site build lists and build forecasts
- Successful delivery of passive infrastructure to design and HSQA standards.
- Maintain Network continuity in accordance with Operational safeguards
- Management of logistics requirements working with internal and external logistics teams
- Liaison with Shareholder teams to exploit synergies between passive and active equipment deployment
- Raising POs and GRNs
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experienced Build Manager from Mobile Telecoms
- Network project management experience
- Good understanding of RAN processes and cross-functional dependencies
- Confident Excel user
- Ability to influence key stakeholders
- Management of 3rd party supplier delivery
