Forecasting/Scheduling of TA Labor Services.
Normal Work Week:
Monday Through Friday 830AM-530PM
Work Location: 2 Broadway, NY, NY
Qualifications Requirements:
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, and two years of satisfactory Full time experience in accounting, architecture, business administration, computer science, economics, engineering, engineering technology, finance, mathematics, physics, public administration, public policy, transportation planning, urban planning/studies, operations research, r in a closely related field of study.
Experience Requirements:
Database, Budget and Accounting Experiences (some construction management experience - not required, but referred); Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills; flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and Visual Basic.
Description of Work:
Quantify, verify, update, and consolidate CPM/MTAACC's TAL needs on a semi-annual basis to develop a hiring plan for DOS personnel: update, modify and maintain a database. These data will be based on the Long-range weekend GO schedule, and TAL Force Accounts of projects awarded, or forecasted to be awarded.
Perform data entry and analysis functions of requests for TAL services, ie, flagging, diversions, Access & Protection, and/or work trains. Produce reports and provide analyses of these data, including unfulfilled requests. Maintain records of these requests. Support the administration (scheduling, registering and issuing of certification) of PMG123.
