Description
Investigo has an immediate contract opportunity for a Technical Author with a Global Media Company supporting a Back Office technology initiative. You will be working with multiple project and application teams across their brands, providing highly detailed documentation around finance, reporting and integration technologies.
- Creating technical architecture diagrams and support documentation for internal users, adhering to brand guidelines for each division.
- Must bring significant experience as a technical writer supporting Back Office technology transformations, ideally with a global organisation.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Keynote, Google Docs or Google Slides is preferred.
- Interview subject matter experts and prepare relevant technical content, ensuring accurate documentation is delivered to meet deadlines.
