Description

ID Data Scientist contract opening in Poland - Warsaw or krakow

Details- Cooperate with customers and stakeholders on the global level and understand their business information needs

Identify, define and design analytical solutions proposals based on customer and stakeholders' requirements; drive business and technical solutions design

Analyze vast range of data within multiple sources to ensure required information is provided to business; collaborate with data scientists and data warehouse teams to receive requested data

Collaborate with data source owners and data warehouse teams to understand and receive data requested for analysis

Prepare data reports and visualizations

Manage stakeholders and their expectations

Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable competence build

Key Qualifications

M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics Econometrics, Physics, or similar quantitative/technical field of study

4+ years of experience in designing of analytical solutions based on business requirements

4+ years of experience in data scientist role or in relevant role related to working with big data sets

Experience and knowledge in performing advanced quantitative analyses

Experience in mathematical software, databases, programming languages, and comfortable working with large data sets (R/Matlab/Python/SQL or others)

Experience in data visualization software or reporting tools (SAP BO, Lumira, Tableau or others)

Strong understanding of business analysis, application management and technology delivery in agile model

Strong business and system acumen as well as customer service orientation

Fluent spoken and written English with technical vocabulary
