Real Estate Process & Data Analyst
12 month Contract
Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire or Pinewood, Wokingham (your own preference)
Day rate up to GBP 292.24
The Real Estate Process & Data Analyst ensures the accuracy of the data quality of Real Estate Work Activities globally, supports the Transaction Management Services contract with CBRE and drives or supports process improvements in Real Estate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work Activity Data Quality
- Ensure data quality in RE-Inforce (up to date, complete, correct, ...)
- RE-Inforce support on project level to Project Leads
- RE-Inforce support for Disposals & A&D group
- RE-Inforce back up for Re-In-Force lead
- Support project headcount validation
- LRFP/BP support
- Ensure alignment and consistency across regions
Transaction Management Services
- Support CBRE contract (2019 plan, KPI, ...)
- Support delivery of RE/CBRE partnership commitments & investments
- Promote RE/CBRE data and development sharing
- Ensure alignment and consistency across regions
Process Improvements
- QBR 2.0
- RE-FM data alignment
- 2019 external perspectives (RE pilot)
- RE savings program (partner with CCFS)
- Departmental budget administration + Charge outs (travel)
- Portfolio/project resource planning
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, real estate or related field
- Minimum 3 years in a commercial project/programme management environment, ideally in a corporate real estate business with emphasis on real estate strategy, transactions, governance and portfolio planning
- Established track record of data management, with reporting experience in a global environment
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with lease administration and financial reporting
