Service Desk Analyst - Plymouth - 6 month Contract

(1st Line Support, Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk, Customer Service, Admin, Coventry)

Roc Search are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.

You will be required to respond and solve where possible 1st line customer (face-to-face, email, social media, telephone, and self-service) requests for service, help assistance or advice. Be able to utilize technical experience and customer service skill to assist end users, resolving requests remotely and escalate as needed. The role requires to troubleshoot and identify IT service issues and incidents and accurately record of any technical faults.

The ideal candidate will have fantastic customer service, excellent telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. You will be able to manage time effectively and must be able to follow processes. You must be able to pay attention to detail and understand the problem/query thoroughly.
