MS Dynamics CRM Developer
One of my clients based in Brussels, Belgium is urgently looking for a Dutch speaking MS Dynamics CRM Developer for a 12 month contract.
This customer uses MS Dynamics CRM as "the backbone" for a large part of his business processes. We wish to further expand Dynamics CRM. For this we are looking for an Analyst/Developer who can help us with the further implementation of a number of processes including subsidies, enforcement, email marketing, etc. For new implementations there will be coordination between the CRM Architect of the customer. After the implementations, a quality validation will also take place.
You end up in a small team where you have the responsibility to:
- Perform new implementations
- Fix bugs
- Provide support to end users
- Provide training to end users
- Prepare functional and technical analyzes
- UAT guidance
Your time allocation will look something like this:
30% Projects
- Interviews and analysis of projects.
- UAT guidance.
- Project follow-up (pragmatic, no PM).
30% Config and development
- Minor adjustments requested by business.
- Config and development of projects.
- Possibly follow up on small developments and large development outsourcing.
20% Support
- A lot of support needed at this moment.
- Questions counted by the business.
- ex. Making lists, analysing small adjustments, etc.
20% Training
- General training incl.
- Business specific training.
