Functional Design Expert
Client is looking for 2 candidate who can play a functional consultant role with hands on knowledge on Service Now; Hands on Knowledge on SAP HR is a big plus!
Responsibilities will include collaboration with existing Functional Designers in defining the technical solution as part of HR SMART Automation Program.
Consultant must design a solution leveraging existing platforms, Service Now and CORE HR mainly, and be compliant with IT Architecture guidelines.
Main accountabilities:
- Design solution including integration aspects for all assigned project within the scope of the Smart Automation program.
- Work with internal client stakeholders and externals partners to design, build, test and deploy the defined solution meeting scope, quality, timelines as defined by program management.
- Manage system changes, documentation creation update within the Novartis HR IT landscape and support business in Change Management deliverable activities.
- Configure system change in HR Core and ServiceNow systems within the defined project scope.
- Creation of integration and UAT scripts and support testing of implemented solutions.
- Define cut-over activities and support in hypercare/sustain, smooth transition of project
Contract duration: 6-12 months
