Job Description:

Solid experience with Sybase ASE in a Unix environment, specifically Solaris/Linux
Solid UNIX Scripting knowledge
Solid SQL coding skills: stored procedure, triggers, etc
Basic understanding of Sybase replication for distributed databases
Strong understanding of database design and implementation using SQL DDL and DML
Experience with ETL [extract/transfer/load], a plus
Sybase and UNIX admin skills, a plus
Familiar with database access via JAVA/C-Sharp, a plus
Financial Industry experience in OTC Rates derivatives area is a plus
