Description
To strengthen our team, looking for an experienced CommVault backup consultant (Specialist) who will work in the EBU Cloud datacenter team. You will be responsible for the implementation of our corporate customer's backup requirements and the life cycle management of the backup platform. You will assist during troubleshooting of complex incidents from a third line perspective.
Roles and responsibilities:
- You have proven and extensive knowledge of CommVault software (acquired certification is a preference)
- You know your way around backup, restore, and disaster recovery scenarios
- You have knowledge of 1-touch (offline)
- You have experience with backup and restore for virtual server backups (VMware and Hyper-V based)
- You use workflows inside the CommVault environment and have experience Scripting and/or developing against REST API's
- Knowledge of hyperscale environments is a plus
- You have been in contact with several technologies/software: Windows server, Linux, Oracle DB, RAC, MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Exchange, SharePoint, Cisco Private VLAN, TCP/IP, routing,
- You have experience with Public Cloud environments (Azure, AWS,)
- You will participate in a guard duty and are available for work outside business hours.
